Can I import TLS certificates into front-end servers provided by Diverta?

When using KurocoFront for the frontend server, TLS certificates are typically prepared by Diverta.
However, if you wish, it is possible to install your own certificates under the following conditions:

  • You must provide us with a complete set of your certificates (certificate, intermediate certificate, and private key).
  • You are responsible for managing the expiration of the certificates.
  • You must pay an SSL configuration management fee of JPY 55,000 (tax included) for each certificate installation task.
caution

The SSL configuration management fee is not a one-time fee charged only for the initial installation.
Due to the shortening of the maximum SSL certificate validity period, JPY 55,000 (tax included) is charged every time a certificate is renewed (configuration task).
For example, if you renew the certificate several times a year, the fee is incurred at each renewal, so the total cost is JPY 55,000 (tax included) multiplied by the number of renewals.
Certificate replacements required due to reasons on the part of the Certificate Authority are included in the fee for that renewal (no additional charge).

note

Even if you bring your own certificate, domain ownership verification is still required.
Therefore, you will need to configure the domain and DNS settings under [Environment] -> [Custom domain/Enable TLS certificate check].
