My images are not displaying in certain browsers. What should I do?

Images whose extensions have only been rewritten on the desktop or Windows screen may not be displayed in the browser. Please check if the image extension is correct. If it has been changed, please double check the changes.

If the extension is correct but the image still cannot be displayed, fill out an inquiry form with the following information:

• URL of the screen to be displayed
• Target image
