Can I change the parent site?

You cannot change it yourself.
If you would like to make changes, we will make the adjustments for you. Please contact us via the inquiry form with the following information:

• Site key of the site you want to set as the parent
• Site keys of all the sites you want to set as children

If you are paying your Kuroco fees by credit card, you will need to re-enter your card information after changing the parent site.
If there is no registered credit card and your usage exceeds the free tier, the site will enter maintenance mode during the nightly batch process.
If your usage exceeds the free tier, please be sure to re-enter your card information on the day of the change.

If you are changing the parent site for the purpose of changing the site key, please use the “Full Sync” feature.
Note that for features not covered by Full Sync, such as KurocoFront, please make individual adjustments after changing the parent site.
